About Samantha

Founder & Principal, The Vela Advisory

Samantha Cocove is a communications strategist specializing in social media, digital content, and reputation management. She helps executives and organizations communicate with precision and authority across rapidly evolving digital channels.

With nearly a decade of experience in digital communications, Samantha manages enterprise-wide social-first campaigns and reporting at a Fortune 10 pharmaceutical distribution and healthcare solutions company. Previously, she managed digital communications for the John Templeton Foundation, including the production of the award-winning Templeton Ideas podcast, social media for the $1.4M Templeton Prize, major TED partnerships, and global event execution.

She brings cross-sector experience from corporate communications and philanthropy, with deep expertise in C-suite digital strategy, program development, and reporting. She holds an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Merrimack College and a B.A. in Political Science from Rowan University.
